FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $125+ WITHIN THE UNITED STATES!

United States: Orders ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) from Franklin, Tennessee. Our lovely team will process your order Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and will typically ship it out within 1-3 business days. During holidays, sales, and peak shipping periods (November - December), orders may take a few extra days to process + ship. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility - please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate, even after being scanned into the carrier's system.
    • Orders typically arrive in 1-5 business days.
    • When purchasing during a sale or holiday, please allow an extra few business days for your order to ship, as our small (yet mighty) team will have more orders than usual to attend to. For questions regarding your order, please email us at info@thegreenroomfranklin.com

International:  Currently we don't ship internationally! We are so sorry but will look into it sometime in the future!

 

RETURNS:

We absolutely want you to LOVE our products and we'll be so happy to help you out with any issues or questions you may have! If here is an issue with your product arriving damaged we would love to offer you a replacement or refund!
